In direct pressing, the polymer material is loaded into a mold and, under the influence of pressure and temperature, takes on the desired shape. Unlike other methods of manufacturing polymer products, direct pressing does not require preliminary material preparation, which reduces the time and labor costs for production.
Our company provides direct pressing services on presses from 100 to 400 tons. We can manufacture products from various thermosets and rubber by hot vulcanization.
