Turning machines
SPINNER universal lathes combine precision and versatility for complex turning tasks. The TC series (TC300–TC800L) supports parts 400 mm - 1500 mm long.
Machines feature rigid monoblock beds, hardened slideways, and high-torque motor spindles.
Up to 32 tools can be mounted in radial turrets, allowing double-spindle machining. Tool holders in VDI or BMT format, with integrated probing for tool measurement.
Our new TS series offers robust slant-bed lathes designed for heavy-duty turning of large workpieces up to Ø500×1850 mm. With high rigidity, polymer beds, and dynamic guides, they ensure precise, high-performance machining. Bar capacity up to 85 mm or 125 mm. Ideal for automation and series production.
The TTS series offers multi-spindle turning machines for complex, high-volume parts with milling operations. Modular design with a 90° slant bed ensures easy setup, efficient chip removal, and good visibility. Available in two bed sizes and three lengths, supporting bar diameters from 42 to 125 mm. Identical powerful spindles on main and sub-spindle guarantee precision. Automation solutions available for large workpieces.

SPINNER 3-axis machining centers deliver high cutting performance in a compact footprint. Our patented single-plate guideway cover ensures minimal maintenance and exceptional chip flow. Models VC850, VC1150, and VC1650 offer excellent accessibility and ergonomics. The U3 series with moving column supports heavy parts and complex fixtures on a fixed table, handling up to 122 tools. Control systems by Siemens, Fanuc, and Heidenhain come standard.
SPINNER 4-axis machining centers combine high cutting performance with ergonomic design and compact size. Integrated rotary axes on the right enable 4-sided machining of flanges and shaft-like parts. The U4 series features a rigid turning table for quick fixture changes and 3-sided machining. Siemens, Fanuc, and Heidenhain controls on adjustable panels are standard.
SPINNER 5-axis machining centers deliver high performance in 5-sided and simultaneous 5-axis machining. Our in-house precision-made turning and tilting tables ensure accuracy and geometric fidelity in complex parts.
