U5-1530 Spinner

With a table diameter of 650 mm and the ability to handle workpieces up to approximately 500 x 500 x 500 mm, the U5-1530 offers the widest range of applications among our models and has been sold thousands of times across diverse 5-axis machining tasks. Its extended X-axis travel and an additional rigid fixed table positioned on the left side of the work area enable both 3-axis and 5-axis machining within a single machine, including 4-axis shaft machining with a tailstock, making it exceptionally versatile. The high-precision rotary tilting table features a counter bearing and optional weight compensation on the tilting axis, ensuring excellent indexing accuracy and dynamic performance in simultaneous 5-axis machining. The milling head moves along three axes and supports various spindles running between 12,000 and 20,000 rpm, supplied by tool magazines with capacities of up to 122 tools.
