Metal Injection Molding
Promservice is one of the few companies in Ukraine that has mastered the MIM (Metal Injection Molding) technology, which allows for the production of metal parts with complex geometry with high accuracy and productivity.
MIM technology is a combination of injection molding methods with subsequent debinding and sintering. Initially, a mixture of metal powder with a binder is injected into a mold under high pressure.
Then, after cooling, the part goes through the stages of debinding and sintering to release the binder. As a result, a metal part is obtained that can be subjected to further processing (grinding, polishing, electroplating, etc.).
