Stages of tooling manufacture

• 1. Model development according to the customer's specification

  At this stage, we develop a three-dimensional model of the tooling in accordance with the customer's requirements.

• 2. Part design optimization

  Our engineers perform optimization of the part design to ensure its maximum productivity and reliability.

• 3. Design approval with the customer

  After developing the model, we approve it with the customer for making the necessary changes.

• 4. Part approval for production

  After approving the design, we obtain an official approval for production from the customer.

• 5. Design and manufacturing

  At this stage, we manufacture the tooling in accordance with the approved model.

• 6. Obtaining part samples

  After manufacturing the tooling, we conduct tests and obtain part samples. They are sent to the customer for approval.

• 7. Refinement of tooling

  Based on the test results, we eliminate any remarks, if any, and modify the tooling.

• 8. Mass production of the part

  After eliminating the remarks, we launch the tooling into mass production.

Methods of Tooling Repair and Restoration

In addition to die manufacturing, we provide repair and restoration services using mechanical and thermal methods.

Mechanical methods: grinding, polishing, honing, and milling of molds, which eliminate wear and restore the precision of parts. In cases of significant damage, we apply welding or material deposition, allowing us to restore geometry without replacing elements.

Thermal methods: hardening, tempering, and nitriding of dies increase their hardness and wear resistance. We also use electroplating and laser coating to protect against corrosion and extend service life.
