Welding
Promservice company provides a wide range of welding services. We use various welding methods to connect various materials and create strong and durable structures.
We use only high-quality materials and equipment, which allows us to obtain high-quality welds. We also follow all technological requirements, which ensures the strength and durability of welded structures.
Welding methods
Semi-automatic welding
Semi-automatic welding is the most versatile welding method. It is the process of welding metal products and structures made of steel. In this welding method, a wire is fed into the welding area automatically. Semi-automatic welding allows for high-quality welds, as well as high welding speed.
Maximum welding current is 350A
Argon welding
Tungsten inert gas welding, or TIG welding, is used to connect stainless steel and aluminum products. In this welding method, a non-melting electrode is fed into the welding area in an argon atmosphere. Argon protects the weld pool from the effects of oxygen and nitrogen, which prevents the formation of pores and cracks in the weld.
Maximum welding current is 300A
Contact welding
Contact welding is used for welding steel products. In this welding method, two metal products are joined together under pressure and the influence of electric current. Resistance welding allows for high-quality welds, as well as high welding speed.
Maximum welding current is 20000A
Soldering of copper and brass products with an open flame
Soldering of copper and brass products with an open flame is used to connect these metals. In this welding method, molten solder is used to fill the gap between the joining parts. This type of brazing provides a leak-tight joint.
