Mold Manufacturing

Molds are the foundation for precise and stable production of parts from plastic, aluminum, and metal (MIM technology). Their design and machining quality affect not only the appearance of the product but also the efficiency of the entire manufacturing process.
Promservice has been designing and manufacturing molds of any complexity for over 20 years — from prototype samples to serial solutions. We provide a full cycle: 3D model development, machining, assembly, setup, and testing.
Our molds are characterized by high reliability, reparability, and durability. This approach allows clients to reduce costs and improve production consistency. Thanks to precise design and refined technologies, molds produce high-quality parts, and the production cycle is shortened, further saving time and resources.
Types of Molds We Manufacture
Promservice manufactures molds of various types — from simple single-cavity to complex multi-cavity systems. Each mold is designed considering the material properties, product type, and production volume.
We use advanced design and processing technologies, which allow us to create high-precision molds that ensure a stable molding process, reduce waste, and provide maximum durability.
Each mold design is customized based on the casting technology, production volume, and material characteristics. Main areas of application:

Injection molds for plastics
Used for mass production of plastic products of various purposes — from technical parts to components of consumer goods.
Metal injection molds (MIM, aluminum)
Applied for manufacturing small and precision metal parts using powder metallurgy and die casting methods.
Two-component (2K) molds
Allow production of parts made from two different materials or colors in a single molding cycle, increasing efficiency and reducing costs.
Hot runner and cold runner systems
Selected based on accuracy, surface quality, and production volume requirements. Hot runner systems ensure material savings and stable molding processes.
Molds for rubber and powder materials
Used for producing parts from elastomers, ceramic, and powder compositions requiring high precision and wear resistance.
Application of Molds
Molds manufactured by Promservice are used across various industries that require precise and stable production of plastic and metal components. Our solutions are applied in the following fields:
Automotive Industry
Production of plastic body elements, fasteners, and interior components.
Electrical Engineering and Electronics
Manufacturing of housings, connectors, and insulating components.
Medicine
Production of medical instruments, consumables, and packaging.
Mechanical Engineering
Manufacturing of technical parts, mechanism components, and assemblies.
Aviation and Aerospace Industries
Injection molding of precision plastic and composite components.
Consumer and Packaging Industry
Production of caps, containers, and other mass-consumption products.
Stages of tooling manufacture
1. Model development according to the customer's specification
At this stage, we develop a three-dimensional model of the mold in accordance with the customer's requirements.
2. Part design optimization
Our engineers perform optimization of the part design to ensure its maximum productivity and reliability.
3. Design approval with the customer
After developing the model, we approve it with the customer for making the necessary changes.
4. Part approval for production
After approving the design, we obtain an official approval for production from the customer.
5. Design and manufacturing
At this stage, we manufacture the mold in accordance with the approved model.
6. Obtaining part samples
After manufacturing the mold, we conduct tests and obtain part samples. They are sent to the customer for approval.
7. Refinement of tooling
Based on the test results, we eliminate any remarks, if any, and modify the mold.
8. Mass production of the part
After eliminating the remarks, we launch the mold into mass production.
Materials and components
For mold manufacturing, we use tool steels and components from trusted suppliers, ensuring durability and stable performance of the tooling.
Promservice - quality and reliability of tooling

The quality of our molds and dies is certified by ISO 9001:2015 in the areas of mold manufacturing for casting and stamping, as well as in mechanical processing of metals and non-metals. This certification confirms that Promservice has implemented and effectively operates a quality management system aimed at continuous process improvement and full compliance with customer requirements.
