Die Manufacturing

Dies are the foundation of precise and efficient production of metal parts by cutting, bending, and forming. The quality of the die design and machining accuracy directly affect the geometry of parts, process stability, and tool service life.
For over 20 years, Promservice has been designing and manufacturing dies of any complexity — from prototypes to serial production tools. We provide a full production cycle: design, machining, assembly, adjustment, and die testing.
Our products are distinguished by high reliability, maintainability, and durability. Thanks to precise engineering and well-developed die technologies, parts achieve excellent quality while production cycles are shortened, saving our clients time and resources.
Types of Manufactured Dies
The company «Promservice» manufactures dies for various purposes and complexities, considering the material, product shape, and production volume.
Blanking Dies
Used for the precise cutting of parts from sheet metal of various thicknesses and compositions.
Bending Dies
Applied to create bends and complex shapes on metal blanks.
Piercing Dies
Allow for the creation of holes and cutouts in parts with high precision.
Drawing and Forming Dies
Used for forming deep and complex shapes from sheet metal.
Combination Dies
Combine several operations in one cycle, increasing productivity and reducing costs.
Progressive Dies
Allow processing multiple parts sequentially in one die, increasing production speed.
Stamping Dies Manufacturing Process
We ensure a transparent and well-controlled stamp manufacturing process — from concept to finished tooling. Our approach guarantees high precision and tool reliability. The production uses high-quality tool steels and components from trusted suppliers, ensuring durability, stable operation, and minimal maintenance costs of the dies.

1. Inquiry, Technical Specification (TS), and Cost Estimation:
We start by receiving your part drawings or sample. Our team analyzes the requirements for the stamp and material to prepare an accurate technical specification and calculate tooling production costs.
2. Stamping Die Design and 3D Modeling:
Our engineers develop the stamping die structure using modern CAD/CAM software. The result is a precise 3D model of the tooling that ensures full functionality.
3. CNC Machining of Components
All stamping die components are manufactured using modern CNC milling and grinding machines. Heat treatment and EDM (electrical discharge machining) are applied to achieve maximum precision and wear resistance.
4. Assembly, Adjustment, and Testing
After assembly, the stamping die undergoes test setup and production press trials. We check stamping quality, dimensional accuracy, and the stability of tooling performance.
5. Delivery and Warranty Service
The finished stamping die is delivered to the customer along with a technical passport and warranty. We also provide modernization and post-warranty repair services for tooling.
Promservice - quality and reliability of tooling

The quality of our molds and dies is certified by ISO 9001:2015 in the areas of mold manufacturing for casting and stamping, as well as in mechanical processing of metals and non-metals. This certification confirms that Promservice has implemented and effectively operates a quality management system aimed at continuous process improvement and full compliance with customer requirements.
