TTS85 Spinner

The TTS85 is a high-performance turning center for bar stock up to 85 mm and chuck machining up to approximately 300 mm. Its 90° inclined bed ensures efficient chip evacuation and easy operator access, while a 1,500 mm spindle distance provides ample workspace. The machine can be configured with two, three, or four servo-driven turrets for maximum flexibility and productivity:

Duplex – Two turrets positioned top-right and bottom-left for simultaneous machining.

Twin – Both turrets positioned at the top, ideal for setups requiring multiple steady rests at the bottom.

Triplex – Three turrets for increased simultaneous operations.

Quadrex – Four independent turrets with two Y-axes, enabling up to four simultaneous cutting operations on bar or large chuck parts.

A unique feature of the TTS85 series is the flexible steady rest mounted on an X/Z cross slide, allowing precise positioning, full retract for chip clearance, and configurations with one or two steady rests for machining large and long workpieces.
