TTS42 Spinner

The TTS42 is a high-productivity turning center for bar stock up to 42 mm in diameter and chuck machining. Its 90° inclined bed ensures efficient chip evacuation and excellent operator access. Depending on production needs, it can be equipped with two or three servo-driven turrets for faster cycle times and greater flexibility:

Duplex – Two turrets, positioned top-right and bottom-left, enabling simultaneous operations on both spindles.

Twin – Both turrets located at the top, ideal for specialized applications such as plastics machining with extraction directly beneath the spindles.

Triplex – Three independent turrets with two Y-axes, designed for ultra-high productivity and significantly reduced machining times.
