TTS125 Spinner

Description
The TTS125 is a high-performance turning center for bar stock up to 125 mm and chuck machining up to approximately 500 mm. Its 90° inclined bed ensures efficient chip evacuation and excellent accessibility, while the 1,500 mm spindle distance offers ample working space. The powerful motorized spindles—available as both main and sub-spindles—provide maximum torque and bar capacity in their class. The machine supports two, three, or four servo-driven turrets for flexible production:
Duplex – Two turrets (top-right and bottom-left) for simultaneous machining.
Twin – Both turrets at the top, allowing multiple steady rests at the bottom.
Triplex – Three turrets with two Y-axes for high-throughput operations.
Quadrex – Four independent turrets with two Y-axes for up to four simultaneous cutting edges on bar or large chuck parts up to 500 mm.
A unique feature is the flexible steady rest mounted on an X/Z cross slide, enabling precise positioning in both axes, quick retraction for chip clearance, and configurations with one or two steady rests for large, long workpieces.
